I have been at my workplace for a year now and I am starting my 401k retirement account provided by the company I work for. I am young, single and plan on investing the maximum yearly amount allowed to invest in a 401k. Two questions:

1. What percentage should I invest in a roth 401k vs. regular 401k?

2. I plan on investing aggressively. How should I divvy up the % of each investment as far as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.?

Thanks in advance for all the advice!
