I was diagnosed with M.S. twenty five years ago. It has been an interesting journey from an A.D.A in 1975 to a stock analyst in 2001.
I really object to the medical luddites who are prohibiting stem cell research - especially if they hide behind it behind the name of God. It chafes to know that there are people out there who are prohibiting me to walk with my grandchildren and think it is just fine to prohibit research that could benefit everything from Parkinson's Disease to diabetes.
I can assure you that these folks do not have any of those conditions that could be cured by stem cell research.
I am offended that if a cure for M.S. is found it will be in England or Germany to which I will have to travel to get treatment. I am also offended that the funds spent on such research will leave our GNP and be shipped off elsewhere.
I actually feel better just typing this :) My best to Geron, Curis & HGSI who are pursing the stem cells mysteries. Some realistic stock prices would be nice tho-
