Still MUE with the BP lawsuit?

Oh yes. That will take years to work its way through the courts assuming they don't reach some sort of settlement. It will be a major test of the indemnify clauses in Transocean's (and many others') contracts and might make it all the way to the Supreme Court. Transocean will have some higher legal expenses, of course, but will be able to see any damages coming far enough ahead of time if they lose that they shouldn't have to scramble to set them aside.

BP, Transocean, Anadarko, and Halliburton are going to be in court for years over this. Meanwhile, they'll all continue to do business with each other.
