Besides your attorney, you should send a copy of everything to the person(s) you list as your executor(s). For us, I have a file box with everything in it and our executor knows where the file box is located. Since we are, hopefully, a long way from dying, we could make changes. By keeping everything in a file box, they don't need to worry about the updates.

I did not list the account numbers - just the brokerage firm(s) involved. Most likely, upon death, those institutions will provide access upon submission of the will and proper ID.

My Dad sent my sister and me every update they made (even though I was the executor). Fine with me.
