I opened a case on 04/10/17 to cancel a subscription within the 1 year refund period, with 04/16/17 as the renewal date. As the phone number has been removed from fool.com, I had to wait for a reply which came the next day. I didn't see the email until the 14th, today, and apparently Fool is closed for a holiday. The email I received said nothing about being closed, but said to contact them M-F.

So the next time I can get someone on the phone is Monday, after my subscription will renew. Can someone please tell me that Fool will do the right thing here and honor my cancellation request on 4/10/17 and execute my refund?
