I'd like to replace my 22-year-old double wall oven next year, and am just getting ready to start my research, so I thought I would ask here to see if anyone has any recommendations. I do a lot of cooking, and so would like a high end oven. It needs to be 30", have convection, and preferably self-cleaning. It's been so long since I've looked at ovens that I don't even know what new features may be of interest.

I do a lot of baking, and it is not unusual for me to have both ovens going at the same time.

Anyone have any recent experience, suggestions or recommendations?

I will cross-post this on Building/Maintaining a House and the LBYM board as well.
