As a T-Mobile customer for 14 years, I really liked their pricing and also really enjoyed their customer service. During this past year, I have experienced increases in all kinds of fees, including fees for conference calls. There is a distinct difference in the often uninformed overseas customer service representative that I am often connected with and a representative from the U.S. However, today I was connected with a representative from their Corporate Business Solutions Department who basically called me a liar over a billing problem that was created during a conversation with an oversees representative. Using their t-mobile App for paying bills has also been a nightmare of circuitous issues. So T-mobile may look good financially as an investment, but all of their new customers have yet to find out about excess fees and poor customer service.
