Colorado allows an extension if a refund is due, however, this year, it's in your best interest to file an income tax return before May 31 in order to qualify for the TABOR refund of $400 single or $800 married.

Apparently we have until June 30th now. Thank goodness bc I filed an extension (bc I'm disaster filing for 2021, yup) and totally would have missed it.
