It was an absolutely perfect day to play golf but it was the shabath, the day of rest, so the rabbi was not supposed to play golf. "Dear god, I'll play only one hole, I promise, but I just can't resist not playing on such a perfect day." So he took his clubs and went to the golf club."I promise, I'll only play one hole! I promise." He teed up and swung for the green. A perfect shot and a hole in one. Absolutely delighted he said "Thank you god!" And god responded, "Who are you going to tell?"
