Greetings Fool!

After researching more regarding tax lien certificate investing, I find this investment opportunity to be a great idea for a person like me, age 23. Since I do not have much to invest with currently, approximately $10K at max, is there a tax lien certificate fund for investors who don't have much assets to start investing with? I do not have the time to attend auctions at the court houses at my county, and pooling my money with other investors would probably be a better idea. Any suggestions?
