Are there any tax changes coming up that impact the tax you pay on a home sale? I recall something about 2010 being a year when taxes change from something President Bush had done, but not sure if it impacts home sales.

All other things ignored for a minute, I'm trying to figure out from a tax perspective whether 2009, 2010, or beyond is the best time to sell a house.

Thanks for your help.
