The Boring Portfolio, Trade Information - 01/28/98- Boring Selling ...
Shares of Tidewater (NYSE: TDW) have continued sinking after the company posted better than expected fiscal third-quarter earnings on Monday. …1998 1998 1998 !

Much the same this month.

Cap 3.6Bn
P/E 9.7
Enterprise/EBITDA 6.6
Profit Margin 32%
Cash Flow/Rev 38%
Debt/Eq 0.18

This company seems to meet all the criteria for a Value Stock but has just been hammered again. Its earnings seemed lower in July, but it's buying ~$200m of its own stock, and I think that's where the cash went. Its drop in cash flow is certainly due to "investing activities."

I can't see why it isn't a Buy.
Once again, interested for any help.

(I've bought)
