Hi,
I'm in the US on a temporary work permit visa in the US. What are the things that I can take as standard deductions ? Like for example since I'm temporary I can't buy a house but have to pay lots of money in rent. Can I take all that as an itemized deduction ? What other things can I take as deductions ? Will tickets to go to home country will count as itemized decuction ?
Thanks for any help.
