Thank You demiller1

I came home from our local Anzac parade, at Naseby which is nestled among the hills in the Central Otago high country, and I remembered going to a huge Anzac parade in Perth WA with my father when I was about ten.
There was a group of Australian returned servicemen marching there who had served in Vietnam, very smart in their jungle-green dress uniforms. That war was quite recent at that time, and I'll never forget how lonely and haunted those men seemed, sort of different.

We don't know how lucky we are, mate.
