Thank you for the update Tim, I’m glad to see the thesis is playing out. However I find my current situation one of the most difficult to get my head around in the investing world. I‘ve made two small purchases of BLX coinciding w/ the rec and re-rec. Obviously I’m happy with investment however b/c of the nature of the risks associated w/ Latin American investments, I’ve kept the allocation very conservative in my portfolio. At this point I’d like to add more to the position but I can’t get past the feeling that some of the margin of safety is gone or some of the low hanging fruit has been realized. I understand that the valuation has been raised and I have confidence in the team’s analysis. Maybe its b/c I don’t have a lot of faith in the markets latest rise or maybe it’s just a mental block that makes me feel like I’m chasing an investment but I have a hard time adding to a position after it’s already begun to move up. In the past I’ve been able to average down but it just feels counterintuitive to average up. Any Fools out there running into this dilemma?

(long BLX) deliberating going longer…
