On FINRA, I found that there is $250 MM outstanding so Radian apparently isn't looking to buy back the majority of the outstanding debt.

I paid $775.48 for the bonds so if I accepted the low bid price of $780, I'd at least break even. I'm tempted to take the 5.625% that I've been paid since buying the bonds on 2/19/08. Forget about the 11.669% YTM that I was hoping to get and get my initial investment working elsewhere.

Well, I have until March 7th to sleep on it.
