Thanks for all the replies. They make me hungry! Keep them coming. I have been conjuring up little cheese toasts wit different things on them... One of them - we toast both side of bagette slices, then a little apple jelly spread on one side, ham slice, and then Fontina cheese -- then melted under the broiler. I am looking for a way to spice that one up a little. Maybe pepper jack cheese... or some kind of spicy ham? Any other suggestions? Thanks guys!
