My goal for now is to keep it consistently below 120 and then to 110 to 100 in a sustainable way. Just by looking at results I am not there.

I want to approach the portion size changes, the diet changes, exericise all as part of life-style change, meaning, I need to change myself to this new lifestyle. This is where my concern comes from taking insulin. I know it can help me while I am making these lifestyle changes. However, I am worried, if I start taking insulin, the "easy option", then I will not make the necessary lifestyle option and will just become insulin-addicted. Of course, if I could not achieve these changes within a timeframe then insulin is the way to go.
