1. How much of your manufacturing takes place in China? Any plans to increase that in the future?

2. What process do you use to try to determine a "hot toy"?

3. What is more important: selling the toy to the kid or selling the toy to the parent?

4. Do you design any toys for the growing ethnic markets? How have they worked out?

5. What is the priority for your business now improving the balance sheet or developing new products to grow your business?

6. How much control do mass merchants (Targets, Walmarts, Cosco .....) have on your product design?

7. How do you manage inventories so that you have enough product if a toy suddenly gets hot but are not stuck with a large volume of product that does not sell?

8. How has on-line retailing impacted your business?

9. What has HAS learned through its previous acquisition experience?

10. What do you think the hot toys will be this Christmas season?
