thanks for the info W.D. when you say you would still "tender" your shares do you mean sell them on the open market or wait for Glaxo to buy. I am assuming you mean sell em' on the open market...

Tendering is offering them to Glaxo.

Let me add, though, that if I owned CNS I would be selling my shares now. Why wait for the transaction to "close by early 2007" to get the last 2% of what Glaxo will pay? I think I could earn more than 2% somewhere else. But, others will see that 2% as sure money and wait for that $.80 a share. So, decide what is right for you.
