Thanks for the information, Phil. I will start reading those publications.

She actually started contract work in 4Q 2006. I lazily estimated that her tax due would be very close to our expected tax refund, and did not pay any estimated taxes for 2006. I hope this was not a mistake.

Now that we're moving forward in 2007 I'm getting myself in gear to do the appropriate thing regarding these tax payments going forward.
