Thanks for your replies all. I plan to stay the course. Little by little I will put my plan into effect, as I pay off a few things and close others.

Current Situation: Commerce Bank (southern NJ based) checking account, non interest bearing, with $100 minnimum for free checking. I have a $1000 wrap around credit cushion in case I go under. I pay $45/year for an ATM card and $3/month with someone else for online bill pay.

Total: $81/year

Not bad right. My savings/xmas/vacation money is with ING.

Planning: A Netbank account with 1.5% interest in checking. No ATM fees (from them), and free Bill Pay.

Total: Only earned money from interest

It sounds so easy, right now I'm putting minimal money away due to my other "Get out of Credit Card Debt Plan". I do think this is a step in the right direction. It seems kind of odd not seeing my bank on every other corner in what seems to be 50 mile radius.
