Thanks, Hewitt. I appreciate your reply. I've been calculating Defensive and Enterprising taxes using your methodology. However, looking for trends and comparing the four tax numbers is a great idea.

If I may, I have one add'l question on this- Should the net deferred tax source or use of cash I calcualate (for the Defensive I/S) using your approach match the number the company presents on the S. of CFs? My confusion lies in my calculated change in net deferred taxes being different than what in presented in CF from Ops.
