Thanks persistentone for chiming in on SOLO cup. I have basically put my interest aside for now in this company and will revisit at some other point. Its just a bit too much on the risk profile side for my comfort level, especially given how much the bond is selling for.

For a $100 under par price, I would much rather buy some long term US Steel notes with an upper 7% annual yield.
