Thanks Simon. Slow and steady progress.....most days. Dealing with the frustration is definitely a challenge.

BTW, don't know if you're on Facebook but I've been part of a group there (among others) that focuses on Z2/MAF training. Mostly distance runners.....marathon and beyond. Not personally interested in that distance (never have been) but the physiology pertains to most aspects of training....including Life, I guess.
