That's what happened in Dougherty County, Georgia - they had one infected person attend a funeral in Albany, GA, and the virus tore through the rural county like a bomb, killing 141 people in a county with less than 90K residents and causing spread into surrounding rural counties:

I know you are positively desperate to see Georgia as one huge graveyard, however, the scenario you have portrayed and USA Today has portrayed are both incorrect.

1. Albany is NOT a "little town". Although ranks 11th, with a population of 75,249. Granted compared to NYC, that is little, but compared to the rest of the country, it is actually on the larger side. The one and only person I know of to test positive for the Wuhan Flu lives in the Albany area.

2. Just for some basic math, 141 in a county with 80,000 (I rounded way down to make things look even more grim) comes out to a death rate of ........ a tenth of 1%. so much for "tearing through" the county.

Seriously, are you THAT bored at home that you need to find ways to make it look like Georgia has turned into a graveyard??? Go do some housework, your family will love you for it.
