That's a great receipe. I just wanted to interject for a moment and NOT recommend Canola Oil. Are you aware that there is no such thing as a Canola?
Canola Oil is made from cross-bred rapeseed oil. It contains euric acid, which is toxic. The cross-breeding eliminates much of the euric acid, but there is still some in the oil. Some people tout it's "healthy fats" content. It is called canola because it was developed in Canada and to avoid the negative connotations of the word rape. It is much healthier to use olive oil or sunflower oil IMNTBHO. Just a thought. - J4
