The Chronicle has coverage on the outage too.

From the outside, most people can't tell that there is a data center inside of 365 Main, but once you know it's there, it's impossible to miss. The building is huge. They built it next to the PG&E power station so that they'd have easy access to run it. The power station is a building that's probably 20 stories tall. It has no signs and absolutely no windows. It really stands out in the middle of the urban setting. Last year, Nyquist Capital got to tour 365 Main and reviewed it.

I haven't been in that data center, but I have been in other ones. It's pretty wild. If you ever have a chance to get inside, it's worth checking out. Security is really tight, there's no way some drunk bum got in and smashed things out.
