The Colorado mountainds sounds great and I reckon polishing up a trailer tent would be great fun. But you never know what sort of animals or rodents or insects have found themselves a nice home there over all those years. I`d certainly take a tent with me and have a good look at the trailer first.

Oops, sorry. Two trailers. One's a tent trailer that's in town. (I'm still cleaning out spiders.) We've had a couple of good hard rains in the last week and no drips yet... Yay! The roof is aluminum over plywood and I haven't found any holes in my scrubbing.

The hard sided one is in the mountains. I go up at least once a year to paint the deck and clean. It's in a park, so the worst of the animals stay away. Just deer, bats, and rabbits where the trailer is... and the full-timers. Seems like a nice way to live below your means if you don't need to get to the city for your income.
