..the cost aspect of it, kinda limits the possibilities. His wheelchair (IBOT), is pretty expensive I think. $2000 for a device kinda puts it out of the mobility device arena.

The IBOT sells for about $20,000. How he could have invented a transportation device that cities will be designed around and impact billion dollar old-line companies for less than $2000 is a mystery to me. But given the quotes, it does not appear that it could be anything but a transportation machine.
