The easy answer is you can put your money in an IRA--conventional or Roth, whichever is better for you.

You can also campaign for some sort of company plan. (As 1/3 of the company you should have some weight to throw around! ;-P) This isn't my area of expertise, but there some options for the self-employed or small business owners. Here are some links:
