The financial snapshot says the TTM rate of share dilution is 25.0%, is that correct?

Can someone please explain why the rate of share dilution has increased so much.

Rofin did issue approximately 2.9 million additional shares back in March of 2004 with the company yielding $75 million as a result. According to a recent 10-Q, the company intends to use
'the aggregate net proceeds from the offering for working capital, other general corporate purposes and for acquisitions of complementary products, technologies or businesses as opportunities arise.

We've seen that they have spent approximately $35 million of this on acquisitions in recent weeks. I wonder if they have anything else planned.

John Reeves
