The Canadian Olympic Committee filed a complaint Thursday with the Court of Arbitration for Sport over the finish of the women's 500m short-track final. The Canadians contend silver medalist Evgenia Radanova of Bulgaria crossed the finish line with her front skate tilted in the air Wednesday.
