This is the first thing I tried making after I read Fit for Life

It can be modified anyway which suits you.

Chop or cut into small pieces carrots, brocoli,and cabbage then steam.

Finely slice a medium onion and saute. When onions are translucent add BBQ sauce to cover them in the pan continue until onions are all covered and sauce thickens a little.

Warm a tortilla and spread with mayo then a good big spoonful of BBQ onions fill with veggies and roll into a burrito shape or wrap.


This has become a regular at my house although we don't use cabbage very much any more because it doesn't agree with everyone all the time.
