Sorry everyone, I didn't expect to be taken so literally.

I was thinking of, for example;

Nov 30 -
Kaufman Bros downgrade: from Buy
to Hold
Lehman Brothers downgrade: from Outperform
to Neutral

14.4 Million shares traded, about 2x normal volume,
up 27%, 38% institutional trades - I guess it's an assumption I shouldn't make to think that some of that volume was buying, as well as selling by institutions.

Apologies for stating my speculation which is not based on any specific facts.
