The Knot To Report Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2000 Financial Results

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 2001--The Knot, Inc. (NASDAQ: KNOT, the leading online wedding destination, will release its fourth quarter and full year results for the period ending December 31, 2000 on Thursday, February 8, 2001, after the market closes. Following the release, the Company will host a conference call with analysts and investors at 4:30 p.m. EST to discuss its results and provide its outlook for 2001. To access the webcast, participants should visit the Investor Relations section of The Knot Web site at least 15 minutes prior to the conference call in order to download or install any necessary audio software.
