The Lexington fund to which you refer is Lexington Troika Dialog (LETRX). It was a very good fund before the market went south in mid-1997. Starting to perform well again.

Inside info in case you are interested: Troika Dialog was an American venture, and one of the better service-oriented banks in Moscow before the Crisis hit in August 1998. The bank itself came into hard times; the investment bank sold a major interest to Bank of Moscow, one of Mayor Luzhkov's pocket banks, and so can be expected to enjoy some measure of political protection from Moscow. The mayor does not like losing money...
