A) was the company that this was out-sourced to ever required to do any testing? In the technology world there is something called "testing" that legitimate companies participate in all the time. It is a concept which when employed helps to rule out "surprises" and fiascos likd we see now when we go to view our portfolios.

B) When "testing" is used, there is also another concept known as "roll-back". This happens when after the "testing" phase is complete and then true roll out happens yet for unknown reasons the migration or whatever change has occurred "fails" they can "roll-back" to the previous instance or condition prior to the change(s) that was made. All legitimate technology compnaies do this routinely as a safeguard. Why is the company who performd these changes not simply doing a "roll-back"?

C) Where are the back ups? In the technology world there is a concept known as "back up" where data is routinely backed up so that in the event some date gets corrupted or even deleted, "back up" copies of files or even configurations can be used to restore the data/configuration(s). All legitimate technology companies use back ups, especially prior to any system changes.

C) what a bunch of morons...
