The Morgan Stanley Dean Witter broker that handled my (financially-unschooled) parents' account had about 27% of my 80-year-old Dad's money in a particularly aggressive tech fund along with a truly doggy fund and the guy was surprised that I'd called him on it. All load funds, too. I suspect the guy really believed he was doing right by them.

You've really got to watch your own money. Good luck and Fool On!, Amy.
