The July 2006 issue of Scientific American (unfortunately, not yet available on-line) has as article entitled A Power Grid for the Hydrogen Economy (call the SuperGrid) which utilizes liquid hydrogen-cooled superconducting cables to transmit both electricity and hydrogen.

The authors envision this as the power grid for our future.

Although it mentions no companies specifically, I think it's a must-read for AMSC investors.....
