The two additional problems with hydrogen fueled fuel cell vehicles are D. The need to develop an economical source of hydrogen. It is currently costly when made from petroleum sources. E. The need to develop an extensive distribution system for hydrogen including either a massive pipeline system to carry it from large efficient manufacturing plants or small economical manufacturing modules that can make it where needed.
