Their short term Investments and cash will grow to greater than 37 billion.

Let me say that again 37 BILLION.
Hmm if I owned MS stock I would be screaming for a dividen. Or at least some major stock repurchasing. I wonder what persentage of that .49 cents per share is just investment gains and intrest from that big ugly 37 billion burning a hole in MS's pocket. Why isn't that money in investors wallets? What makes MS think that it is better at investing that money then its share holders? MS is a software company not a mutual fund.

Perhaps the money is there to pad their earnings.
