There are some "homeless" people in our neighborhood. They stand around and beg for money at a nearby intersection sometimes. It turns out that they are not homeless after all. They all live in a house owned by one of them, and they just beg because it is easier than working.

I must say, however, that one of them has a trick that I admire. He balances on his bicycle with his hands on the handlebars, his stomach on the seat, and his legs straight out behind him. Then it is downhill through traffic, and even onto the beltway once. Maybe anybody who can survive that deserves money from me.
