There is a natural body cycle that generates energy for the morning in the form of blood glucose. In my case, I overproduce so my fasting sugars are higher than mid afternoon or evening. I do not know how your cycle might be affected by MiniCharet, but if you belive in omens, consider this. Maybe your BG is low at 4-5am because MiniCharet is sucking up fuel. If womb-feeding time is in the wee hours of the morning, it speaks to many sleepless nights ahead.
