Your previous post may cause harm to others unjustifiably. You may need to prove your points in court not to get even as you see it, but to protect yourself from the harm you may have done.

I suggest you consider talking to an attorney to see if your past approach is the best way to continue this little problem you have with BAC.

Posting to the shareholder's board as you have done is not the way to approach this IMHO.

Look at this way: Shareholders could claim you have hurt them by decreasing the value of their investment by unjustifiably down grading BAC. You would be better to buy a share of stock, learn who the directors are and write them about your little problem. Remember: Praise in public and criticize in private.
