There is also a separate Motley Fool U.K. web site that has free registration that might also be a good source of information.

While you are decades away from retirement, and it will may change by then, if you might retire in the U.S. you will need to keep track of what it takes to qualify for the Medicare health insurance. The problem is that if you don't work long enough paying Medicare taxes, then you will not qualify and private health insurance will be next to impossible to get.
