Since the breach was in 2013 (if you are referring to Scottrade,) my opinion is that if *something* was going to happen with that data, it would have happened by now.

It is standard practice for "Hackers" of personal information to lay-low for a period of time, sometimes six-months, nine-months, a year or so, before they start to actually use the stolen, hacked information.

This is the same technique used by the World's Intelligence Community when planting and inserting moles in a target business or facility.
