They are well known funds but I find the low expense rate comes with underperforming funds. Many are rated 2 Stars. I would do your homework before buying. Go to IFA.com to see more info on them. Fidelity does not have any info. on the family of funds. Our financial planner uses them but has added Fidelity Funds and ETF's lately. DFA likes small cap and value which has been down several years. The Russell 2000 maybe changing so check that out to see if small caps are going up.
