Ok gang,

Sit back and get a load of this.

I know you truly get a kick out of my rantings.

I have been having trouble with my pcbanking. After numerous calls and complaints, I sent a letter to the bank outlining each and every complaint and how it was handled. This letter was about 5 pages (single spaced - small print)

I receive a phone call from the vice president residing over internet banking -- I again voiced my concerns -- he could see the trouble was with THEIR PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE. He arranged a teleconference with myself, himself and a technician to discuss the problems and to correct them.

Today, call comes -- yada, yada, yada

Mr. Haught, I still cannot find on my end the problems you are describing.

Sir, I am on the same screen you are describing and the vice president can also see the same problem on his computer.

Well, Mr. Haught, I again, tell you I see no problems coming from my server.

Well, I am not please with the way this is being solved and I am getting truly frustrated. I cannot double post checks or deposits, that is coming from your server.

Mr. Haught, IF you KNEW HOW TO PROPERLY USE THIS PROGRAM, I AM SURE I COULD CORRECT THE SITUATION. I will arrange to have one of our techs make arrangements for some one-on-one trouble shooting!

*****BOOOOOOOOOOM********* (fade to black)

45 minutes later, My parents, brother and myself show up at the bank. We each take a teller, and proceede to REMOVE ALL FUNDS FROM THE BANK AT THE SAME TIME!

Now my mother has been a loyal customer at this bank for about 15 years, the tellers know her on a first name basis. It's amazing how fast vice presidents appear when you start to remove personal and business accounts.

We were undaunted in our endeavors, all the apologies and pleading fell on deaf ears.

We shopped around,

1) found bank with FREE PC BANKING
2) no minimun balances
3) no service charges
4) no interest visa for 1 year
