This is as clear as I can make it:

There are 1,500 seats available for Deep Value members. That 1,500 number does not include Duke Street members. We designed the 1,500 seat limit with the knowledge that some Duke Street members would likely be interested in following Deep Value recommendations.

As Aleax has correctly noted, limiting the number of members may not be enough to safeguard us against the dreaded pop:

the number of members is less relevant than the amount of money members collectively will invest in the service's picks, and, given there is no limit to how much money each member may choose to so invest, that important number is impossible to predict at this time.

We'll look for stocks that have sufficient liquidity to support our trading needs. But it's on you guys to adhere to our allocation guidance, use limit orders, and stay patient.
